Timetable in 2009:
- Define (calculated) using selected indicators of energy efficiency, identify the variability and to identify the causes of this variability.
- Define (calculate) the economic efficiency of the chosen level of monitoring, to identify the variability and to determine causes of this variability.
- Determine what the relationship of points 1 and 2 and find the "optimum point" between the indicators monitored, based on findings to formulate conclusions about possible ways to improve energy indicators of agricultural production without causing adverse impacts on the economic efficiency. This "optimum point" may be a stage production, where energy and cost inputs due to the minimal level of production.
- Construct a tool for calculating the optimal production structure at the selected level monitoring and to provide dual energy prices.
The main tasks of the project for 2009:
- Develop and evaluate the primary database of information that enters into the calculation of energy indicators.
- Specify the base model (including the alternative to the inclusion of variability in the functional types, with respect to various distributions of random variables).
- To estimate the basic model in various alternatives and to document.
- In the optimization of production structure to further expand the model by more restrictive conditions and any other "energy" commodities and make an evaluation.
